My Take on the Book
The author has provided some very practical tips within this book that will allow all of us to better take control of our lives and make it simpler to change things that are getting in the way of us living the lives that we want to live. Each of the chapters were well laid out making it easy to move around the book depending on what you want to cover. While it makes most sense to read from beginning to end, I know that for some readers that will want to go right to the section that pertains to them, or to the issue that they struggle with the most and the author has provided for this as well. Overall, this was a very thorough book that makes you think about your life in a different way than I would have thought in the past.
