About the Book
Part two focuses on the proper upbringing and care of children and young people. It encompasses a multitude of topics relevant to contemporary society; responsible raising of children, relationship between health and society, medication and health, basic in health ecology and travel and longevity.

Hoping to cover a vast variety of topics in an approachable and friendly manner, he determined solutions that maintained a positive and optimistic method.

“I wanted the book to be unique,” Kljajic says. “It contains the most important aspects of healthy living, points to the main source of problems and offers solutions.”

My Take on the Book
This book is the second book written by Dr. George Kljajic on healthy living. In this book some of the main topics are: How We Raise Our Children, Health and Beauty of Women, Holiday Celebrations, Food and Drink, Music, Spirituality and Healing. Book 2 has 11 chapters and covers a wide range of topics. Besides the ones mentioned above he also includes sections about ecology and longevity .

I will share an article I read on longevity. It is called " Why do Japanese live a long and satisfied life?" It appears that the people of Okinawa have the greatest number of citizens in the world who live 100 years or older. They attribute this to exercise, healthy diet, positive attitude, socialization, recreation and spirituality. The information made me look at my life and compare it to the Japanese on Okinawa and ask myself "what can I do differently to live a more healthy life?" This is just one of many informative and interesting articles in the book.

I believe this book, like Dr. Kljajic's first book, could become another resource for your family and a good addition to your family library.
