Book Review - Bailey

About the Book
Meet Bailey, a dog who surprises and charms his fellow human classmates with his irrepressible antics.

Follow Bailey the dog as he gets ready and goes to school. Should he wear the red or blue collar? Both are so fashionable! Will he be late? That squirrel is a distraction! And what about Bailey's homework? Would you believe he ate it? That is what dogs do, after all.

In this funny new book from the best selling children's illustrator Harry Bliss, school proves to be an unexpected place for Bailey to do all sorts of things he loves: reading, fetching, painting, digging, singing - and making friends!

My Take on the Book
Author/illustrator Harry Bliss, has created a delightful story about a dog named Bailey who attends school.Bailey loves going to school. He wakes up each morning and prepares himself for his special day at school.

You will see Bailey riding the bus , attending class, eating lunch with the children (which included his diving into the garbage can to find some great food finds), playing with the children during recess, and even giving his report in school on a famous dog.

Although Bailey attends school he still eats his homework and does the typical dog stunts like deflating the ball at recess.

The children love Bailey and as Bailey leaves school he is looking forward to returning the next day. You will see the love for this dog from the children and the adults at school

The illustrations will be ones your young readers will enjoy and the story will capture your imagination. I wonder what Bailey will do next?
