My Take on the BookAs a person that likes to eat healthy and loves to try and bring this to my family as well, I am always looking for cookbooks that will allow for this to occur. So far this book is great! The recipes are easy to follow and all look quite tasty. I have tried making a few items and they did taste good. I have not yet had the chance to try something from each of the areas, but look forward to trying them as I can.

One of the nice things about the book is the images held within the book itself. For those of you that are into clean eating this book is a great addition to the literary mix.
