My Take on the Book
What an amazing book. The author has created a book where you will find recipes that are easy to follow and you and your family can easily come together to have a great time trying some new and innovative ways to have potatoes. We loved that the recipes are from around the world and that there were so many recipes that we had never tried before. As a family we love potatoes so being able to try some new ones and find new favorites is always something that we enjoy doing. This is a great cookbook that will having you coming back for more!
