For example it tells how meditation can help your life. Yoga is also discussed and suggested to the reader. There are many yoga poses in the book for the reader to try out at home. There are directions for making a stress ball to help yourself remove tension.

The author encourages the reader to write feelings using pen and paper. It stimulates the brain.
