My Take on the Book
This was an amazing book for us as a family. We have thought for some time that our oldest has been dealing with ussues surround executive functioning disorder. This causes a lot of stress in our home, but this book really makes you look at this disorder in a whole new way, or at least it did for us. The book goes beyond just describing, but it also gives great resources, hints, tips and strategies that will help you to better be able to parent and better support your child that is struggling with managing executive functioning skills within thei life. While I know that we are not completely there yet, I am excited to see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that along the way we will be able to support our daughter and help her to thrive!
