My Take on the Book
This was an amazing cookbook that would be one that any Vegan would want to have in their own home. While my family is not vegan, we will try vegan recipes from time to time and I found a ton that looked amazing in the book. We ended up making the Hawaiian Sliders and I have to say that not only were they a hit with me, but my girls loved them too. They had amazing flavor and were easy to make. This is a cookbook that will use beans in so many different ways that you would not have originally considered. As I mentioned the recipes were easy to follow and the images were vivid and gave me a better perspective as to what I was making! I loved the creativity in the book and you get to see beans being used in some very creative ways!
