Meals in a Jar is packed with step-by-step instructions for natural breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts that allow even the most inexperienced chefs to make scrumptious, nutritious dishes. Not only are the recipes in this book perfect for carry-along camping fare, rushed weeknight dinners and meals for Dad (or even a teenager) to prepare, they can also be life-savers in times of disasters like fires, blackouts or hurricanes.

My Take on the Book
This is the ultimate book that will prepare you for any evening meal. I was amazing at the number of great recipes that were throughout this book and how easy it was to put them together. I tried putting a few of these together and for the ones I tried, I had most of the ingredients already in the house which was perfect. Now I have a number of great meals ready to go when our weeknight is filled to the brim and I need a quick meal! If you are looking for a quick way to prepare meals for the future, look no further than this book - you will not be disappointed!
