My Take on the Movie
After viewing Steven Spielberg’s new movie “Lincoln”, one walks away with the feeling that they went back in time to witness the history of the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution.

Daniel Day-Lewis was incredible in his portrayal of Abraham Lincoln, he should be nominated for an Academy Award for this role. Sally Fields and Tommy Lee Jones were excellent in their supporting roles in the movie.

The period costume and set designs were very detailed and well done. The film was shot in such a way that made you feel it was actually filmed back in the time of Lincoln…there was just an old look to it.

Beautiful movie!
