DVD Review - Annie Claus Is Coming To Town

About the DVD
It’s finally time for Santa’s daughter to see the world. And for a girl raised in the North Pole, what location could be more exciting than sunny California? Through his magical snow globe, the proud papa watches Annie (Maria Thayer) spread Christmas spirit throughout L.A., making friends with the owner of Candy Cane Inn and waltzing into a job at Wonderland Toys. But Santa’s lingering concern is the man his daughter will choose to take over the affairs of the North Pole. Will it be Ted (Sam Page), the kid at heart who sells vintage toys in a digital world, or the imposter, a Hollywood actor hired by the Senior Elf who wants the holiday all to himself? Santa knows that only Annie can make that decision—and that the fate of Christmas rests in her heart.

My Take on the DVD
You family will enjoy this Christmas story about Santa's daughter and her search for the man who will assist her in taking over the job at the North Pole so Santa can have a restful retirement. You will see the vulnerable Annie Claus take over Los Angeles and bring about laughter, joy, and love to the people she meets. The interactions of the young girls while they prepare for the Christmas show will be a wonderful reminder to your children about how they should be kind and unselfish towards others. As parents you will understand the importance of a child's growth watching Annie make decisions that affect her life and the future of the North Pole. The movie could bring about an interesting discussion about making decisions and how to choose wisely when a decision must be made. Yes, this movie is entertaining but there are many underlying messages you could embrace and discuss as a family after viewing it.
