MetLife Snoopy Snapshot Challenge

While some parents start thinking about how they will pay for their child’s education when their little one is just starting to crawl, and others may begin even before their baby arrives, the reality is that financing a child’s education is a major undertaking for many families. MetLife’s Life Advice® guide, “Financial Planning for College” offers helpful tips to navigate the process (www.metlife.com/lifeadvice). And to give parents a head start, MetLife announced today its Snoopy Snapshot Challenge, featuring the chance to win $10,000 to put toward a child’s education.

The Snoopy Snapshot Challenge, offers families the chance to win $10,000 by having fun with the Peanuts Gang. Put your child’s face on your favorite character and you can enter for the chance to win $10,000 for your child’s education. Parents can enter by visiting MetLife’s Facebook page and “liking” it. Click on the Contest tab and you’ll be able to upload your child’s headshot onto the Peanuts character of your choice. Once your photo is ready, complete and submit the online Official Entry Form. Share the newest member of the Peanuts Gang with your friends and family and invite them to vote for your photo.

Photos will be divided into four age categories:

  • Baby: Children 3 years of age and under
  • Little Kid: Children ages 4 through 7
  • Big Kid: Children ages 8 through 12
  • Teen: Children ages 13 through 17

The 25 most popular entries from the Baby, Little Kid, Big Kid and Teen categories will move on to the final round. Each category has its own $10,000 prize. For more information on the contest and to get started visit www.facebook.com/metlife.
