My Take on the Book
This was not the type of book that I would have initially envisioned. Instead, the book was down to earth with practical information given in a easy to read and easy to understand way. You can tell that the author is very passionate about what she writes about, but also that she wants her readers to be able to achieve the goals that they are sending for themselves. The chapters themselves could be read in any order as I found that they truly did stand alone. what was amazing to me was the authors' story and how she was able to come back, and to be honest, if she can do it, any of us can do it.
