Book Review - The Awesome Activity Adventure Book

About the Book
Kow Kapow and the Bonsai Kid are two silly cartoon animals who go off on a series of wild and wacky adventures to find the Monkey Nut of Moo! As their madcap escapade unfolds, kids are provided with puzzles to solve, pictures to draw, riddles to answer, mazes to find their way out of, a treasure map to decipher, and a creepy castle to explore. Boys and girls are also encouraged to pick up a pencil or marker pen and create their own crazy comics on many of this book’s pages. Big, bold, black-and-white cartoon illustrations appear throughout this large book—plus an extra two pages of silly color stickers to detach and apply to many of the pictures. Here’s a giant-sized book of fun that offers kids many hours of interactive, humor-packed entertainment. (Ages 7 and older)

My Take on the Book
This was a great book for any young budding cartoonists. There are so many activities that kids can go through to practice and test their skills, building additional skills along the way. On top of this though the book also has a ton of activities that your kids can do, whether this was word searches, crosswords, sudoku or many other types of activities that will keep your kids entertained for some time. One of the things that I loved most though was the drawing tips that the book provides as it allows anyone to copy and practice some of the cartoons that adorn the book. Overall this was a great book that any young cartoonist would simply love!
