My Take on the Book
This book is a combination of nonfiction information about the evolution and history of pancakes as told by a fictional character, a spatula, named Quickly.

Quickly takes the reader on an adventure to learn about pancakes. There are so many names for the pancake shape throughout history and cultures.

The first half of the story involves the adventure and information. The second half of the story is a wonderful collection of recipes from well known chefs. You will be amazed and thrilled to have this collection. They are all so different.

I know you will enjoy this informative book and the interesting recipes. Buon Appetito!
