My Take on the Book
What I loved about this book was that it brought our past Presidents down to the level of children and let them see that Presidents were once children too. The book also shares some very fun facts that all kids would enjoy. I mean who would have known that James Garfield was ambidextrous? Historians maybe, but not I. I was excited to find that this book shared many such facts on our Presidents but also a short biography of their life and work as President. Overall, this is a great book to introduce any child to our Presidents!
