Book Review - The Donnie Wahlberg Drinking Game

About the Book
Yo! It’s about that time to drink up ur whiskey and ur wine. Marky Mark is shot dead, and it’s up to U to solve the crime! Det. Dan has alread brought Marky’s fiancĂ©, Gina Carter, downtown for questioning. BANG! Gina’s celebrity status as the author of 'The Jeremy Piven Drinking Game' can’t save her. BANG! Gina’s spiritual connection with St. Jude and/or Denis Leary can’t save her. BANG! Not even Gina’s growing admiration for Dr. Drew can save her! Keep ur TV Channel Guide in the beginning of this novel handy. Each of the Six (6) Channels reveals clues about the murder and the major suspects including me, @CarrollDonnell. Important: Don’t be distracted by all the sex and war. Every character is suspicious, especially Donnie Wahlberg! This novel is only the first of a five-part series. Stay tuned for more clues and sex in the 'Book of Jonathan' . . .

My Take on the Book
This book was a bit hard for me to get into, as the style of writing was a bit hard to follow and the interior font choice was a bit difficult to get used to. That being said, as I actually get into the story itself it was fun and I enjoyed what I was reading. The idea of the mystery laid out in the book was clever and the mixture of writing style techniques actually led to the overall suspense that you feel when reading the book and anticipating the conclusion. So all-in-all, not a bad book, though I think it might have been stronger if it had been formatted a bit different on the inside.
