Product Review - IFocus Jungle Rangers Game

About the Product
Do you play video games with your child? Don’t lie, its ok. Video games are fun, and promote bonding with your child if you do it together. Plus, November 18-24 is National Game and Puzzle Week, so you have an excuse!

One game that you don’t need an excuse to play is Jungle Rangers, by ifocus. Jungle Rangers is a fun, cognitive training video game for your computer designed to improve focus, attention and memory in middle childhood.

It is self-adjusting, which means it recognizes the skill level of the child playing and regulates its difficulty to each specific child so they do not get bored/ overwhelmed. It follows Boy Ranger and Girl Ranger on a quest with their allies to save the Island from Dr. Bearhead and his plans to “distract” the Jungle Rangers and destroy the Jungle. Therefore, players must pay attention to succeed in defeating him!

What sets Jungle Rangers aside from other educational video games is the iFocus parent’s dashboard. With the game, comes a platform that record’s the child’s skill level and tells the parents exactly how their child is performing in the game as it relates to the child’s developmental and behavioral strategies. The platform includes a physical exercise plan and nutrition plan for that specific child that the parent can follow. This way, the parent can balance an educational video game, with diet and exercise to keep their child healthy and on-track for success.

Thanks for your personal unbiased review on this product. I'm looking forward to presenting this to my 6 year old ADHD daughter who has difficulty sitting, focusing to finish a task, paying attention (the first time) etc... We've tried many things with diet, exercise, and natural supplements, Even taking away tv and computer games with only minimal results. (Ironic that now I'm going to give her a computer game!) I wanted to try biofeedback/neurofeedback but heard that it's costly and lengthy. One can't help but give this product a chance with the 6 month money back guarantee.

So, Angela......what is your opinion of this product now that you have been using it for a while?

The product looks interesting and very worthwhile, if it does even most of what it claims (we're watching the infomercial right now, which led me to research it further). What I don't like is any product's refusal to tell you up front what it costs. So far I haven't been able to locate the entire, actual cost- ?

The cost is listed when you click on payment details on the front page of the site itself.

I bought this for my 9 year old son Jake, he has your typical issues with focusing, and he absolutely loves it. Granted the first few times were a bit more exciting for him, the game, overall has really good replay value.

I came across some Focus Education Reviews, decided to give it a shot - and it has been great. My son gets to "play some video games" and I get to watch his skills and concentration improve.
